Many times when I sit alone, few questions creeps into my mind. I always think these questions are useless and will not affect any part of the things what I did or wanted to do but when Prof. Charles Savage and De Meuter made us think about this, I got this opportunity to express these questions and then I realised that it is reflected in every single action of our daily life. So I started giving some time to myself by searching and answering all these questions. Some of them are listed below:
v We are taught by our teachers that there are many companies that are polluting our mother nature and all the bad things about that companies that how they are exploiting these people in some countries but do we actually care about these things which has no direct effect on our life or on our pockets. As we feel proud when we are placed in these companies to become one of them (the enemies of our nature).
And we do exactly the same things which we were against about, against which we did campaigning in our college and school life to make people aware of these problems. We don’t have any problems until and unless these companies are stuffing money in our big mouth, till then we won’t say anything as we start thinking “Practically”.
So I don’t think that making people aware is the solution to all these problems. We should tell people that how to be happy.
v People say that I think too much but according to me ‘I exist therefore I think’ and if I don’t, then who will do it for me; obviously no one.
When I hear about the stories about Lord Rama, Krishna or any other holistic people, they say that they were the Avatar of lord Vishnu and were born with a reason (to kill the evil on earth, etc..). I don’t say we are born with such big reasons at least not every one of us, but many of us have helped to change the world and some are still trying.
As we can see that we are not happy with the work we do to make our living. Only 5 % of my friends are doing what they wanted to do. I also didn’t want to choose mba as my career I wanted to become a athlete (a Pole Vaulter).
But like rest of my friends I also had to choose our career in which we can see our future with lots of money.
Can you imagine if we do what we like to do like if someone likes to cook and becomes a cook then think what a wonderful life it would be, each day will be a holiday and Sundays will feel quite boring and getting paid will be the icing on the cake .
Do we actually need these big buildings and malls and all these big society to live in ? first I also dreamt of having a big house like Ambani’s have in Mumbai but the idea of having a house in middle of a jungle fantasises me more .A house with all the facilities like 24 hour running water & food available and safety from all the animals. Camping and dancing and singing every night around the fire drinking and having fun in real sense. What can we not do with this technology, almost everything…

You Decide…
Wonderful!! Made me to think on my Life again.
ReplyDeleteI think the decision of choice in our life has more to do with the confusion of prioritizing people. We find it so difficult to place Ourselves on the top of the list. So, when it comes to decisions, we put them on the driving seats of our mind and decide for Us what They would have decided and feel its our decision, only to realize that we are living someone else's life. Most of us drag till death, the bag of expectations what others have put on our backs and only on our death bed do we feel like "Reliving" our whole life with our own expectations.
Don't want to go office tomorrow. Want to work on my "D the I".
